Work
Rooted in collaborative practice, I partner with leaders and organizations to deepen understanding, strengthen alignment across people, programs, and structures, and build capacity for what comes next.
Leadership & Human Development
01
People
Supporting leadership growth, team effectiveness, and the development of vibrant communities. I facilitate thoughtful dialogues and renewal processes that expand perspective, strengthen leadership capacities, and help mobilize collective action.
Organizational Development & Change
02
Organizations
Strengthening culture, revitalizing climate, connecting structure and strategy, redesigning how work is organized, and leading change that enhances and endures. I help institutions bridge internal divides, address structural challenges, and establish strong foundations for resilience and sustained progress.

Strategy
Translating purpose into direction, designing strategies and initiatives, and advancing mission-driven decisions. I bring research, collaborative analysis, and creativity together to turn ideas into thoughtfully constructed programs and practice.
